2. Processing and Production Time

All items are handmade to your specifications in Pakistan. Production begins after your payment is confirmed (typically 2-3 business days).

• Standard Items: Production takes 10-15 business days.

• Custom/Made-to-Measure Items: Production takes 4-6 weeks due to their personalized nature.

3. Delivery Time

Once production is complete, your order ships from Pakistan via our trusted carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx). Delivery typically takes:

• United States & Major Markets: 3-10 business days.

• Other International Destinations: 5-15 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Total Timeframe:

• Standard Items: 13-25 business days (production + shipping).

• Custom Items: 5-9 weeks (production + shipping).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

4. Order Tracking & Process

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

• Process: After your order is confirmed, we begin crafting your item(s). Once complete, your order is securely packed and handed to our carrier.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within 30 business days (for standard items) or 60 business days (for custom items), contact us at info@vestmentshop.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement or full refund.

• Delays: We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., customs holds), but we will assist in resolving them.

6. Address Changes

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. As our products are handmade, they must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or made-to-measure items (e.g., chasubles tailored to specific sizes or designs) are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

• Step 2: Receive Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 48 business hours.

• Step 3: Ship the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Please ship the item to our facility in Pakistan. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns.

• Step 4: Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item within 5-7 business days to confirm it meets our return conditions.

3. Refund Details

• Refund Amount: For eligible returns, we will refund the original purchase price. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted to cover production and handling costs, except for defective or damaged items.

• Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe) within 7-10 business days of receiving and approving your return.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement (your choice) without the restocking fee. Please include photos of the issue with your return request.
